7.5 Things For Your Business
For me these 7 ½ things have had a massive positive impact on myself and my business and I’m really happy to share them with you. Hopefully they give you food for thought, and maybe even have a positive impact for you and your business.
Sounds simple, but scratch beneath the surface and take a close look at who you are, your values and identify what’s important to you. You may well be surprised at what you find, and ultimately what you find can become a true and positive basis for your brand.
If it doesn’t make you happy, you’ll not be at your best and that can lead to a whole lot of unhappiness. So for me it’s a daily reminder: “Be happy”. I’m not afraid to ignore or edit the things that won’t make me happy, and this strengthens my positivity.
The people you meet, the places you go, the things you experience all become so much more rewarding and enlightening when you approach them with a genuine sense of interest. For example, simply talking to strangers has given me some amazing opportunities and memorable experiences.
Be Your Mantra.
Here’s the thing if you decide to adopt a mantra, you have to believe it and live by it. Mine is simple: “Beauty, Charm and Grace” and by projecting these qualities my body language and thinking has transformed and I now enjoy the most positive and rewarding interactions with people.
There are so many amazing opportunities out there, so average just won’t cut it. Embracing a deep understanding of what you’re doing is the first step to thinking of new ways to achieve exceptional results.
The plan isn’t delivering? Change it! A new opportunity pops-up? Drop tools and grab it! We live in a world of constant and rapid change, so whilst plans and visions are important, stay flexible to allow you to take advantage of new opportunities as they emerge.
Not fully understood, but for me being a minimalist allows me to focus on the things that are truly important. This relates not just to physical objects but also to my thinking, and this is important as it keeps my work mind set focussed on identifying new highly creative solutions for my clients.
Thinking is good for you, I’ll let you finish this one……...
