Established by two leading entrepreneurs Kin&Ilk is proudly carving out a new niche and called on Jackson Concepts to deliver a strategic marketing workshop to help this new brand unlock its full potential.

With the Kin&Ilk team eager to ensure their new venture attracted maximum interest, creative thinking was a key requirement for the strategic marketing workshop. With an excellent team already on board, Jackson Concepts was called on to generate innovative ideas for the business to implement as part of its marketing strategy.

Creative

This was the perfect opportunity to ignite the creative potential of the owners and help them to identify new ways to build business, open-up new income streams and enjoy developing their brand.

Curious

Kin&Ilk isn’t simply a cafe and with this in mind, and taking location into consideration, I introduced  the wider opportunities around using the venues for evening events. In addition the workshop identified a range of event and promotion concepts, that would provide genuine point of difference to attract new customers.

Complex

Coffee shops are everywhere, so establishing a point of difference was essential. The quality of the coffee and food, along with an alcohol licence, put Kin&Ilk in a strong position. The marketing workshop further helped to identify the need to recruit a marketing professional, who would be able to drive the events calendar and target new business for venue hire. Detailed thinking offered ways to target residential customers to help further increase footfall.
